Fair Recruitment processes actively recognise the need for diversity in the workplace and embraces the wide range of perspectives, qualities and experiences which new candidates can bring to chambers. It's not simply a tick-box exercise designed to cover the recruitment quota of people with disabilities and those from underrepresented backgrounds.
